The house is ideal for anyone working in the area or a short weekend stay, with three double bedrooms all of which have there own bathroom. The house is set across three floors, the kitchen located on the ground floor with a bedroom and a bathroom. The middle floor with two further bedrooms and on suite bathrooms with the a comfy lounge and working space on the top floor.

The property has been converted to fit three bathrooms, one on the ground floor which consists of a bath, shower and toilet. Two on suit bathrooms are on the first floor.

The ground floor bedroom has two single beds and the main main bathroom, the kitchen is also situated on the ground floor.

The first floor consists of two double bedrooms both with double beds and on suite bathrooms.

The living room is situated on the top floor in the attic space. The property consists of steep stairs, which is common for this type of house and area. The house is not ideal for young children due to the stairs. We do not provide stair gates so children would need close supervision if you decide to stay with young children.

A small court yard garden is accessible via the back of the house, ideally for smokers and rubbish storage, not suitable for gatherings.

Free on street parking is available for parking.

The house is conveniently located within walking distance to take away shops and supermarket.

Meadowhall shopping center is 1 mile away from the property and located for quick access to Ponds Forge, The Crucible and Lyceum Theatre. Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield University and Sheffield Hallam University are all within a short drive from the house.

The house has steep stairs, not suitable for young children.
The living room is situated in the attic space on the top floor of the house.
Any late check outs are chargeable at our discretion.

PLEASE NOTE:
When arriving at the property we do NOT allow early bag drops off, if you drop your bags off early the cleaner will not clean the property as we cannot be in the property with your belongings. If anybody has to attend the property throughout your stay for any reason we will have to make sure someone from your party is on the property unless an absolute emergency.

A unauthorised late check out or early check in will be charged to you if not agreed in writing as this causes issues with our cleaning teams.
